Steps to know if your expired Microsoft Office subscription is on auto renew:
Well, you either do or don’t want your subscription to Microsoft Office (I’m actually assuming you really meant Office 365) to automatically renew.
Follow the simple steps to Turn automatic renewal on or off for Office 365 for home:
1. Go to the Services & subscriptions page.
2. If prompted, sign in with the renew Microsoft account email and
password associated with your Office 365 subscription.
3. On the Services & subscriptions page, locate
your Office 365 subscription.
Do one of the following:
1. If you see a Turn on recurring billing link,
choose it to turn recurring billing on.
2. If you see a Renew link, choose it to renew your
subscription. This will also turn recurring billing on.
3. If you purchased the subscription through Best Buy, you’ll
see a Manage billing link. Choose it to go to the Best Buy renewal
page. (This does not apply to Office 365 Solo.)
4. If you don’t see any of the links mentioned above, but you
do see a renewal date or a notice of an upcoming charge, it means recurring
billing is already turned on and your subscription will renew on the date
shown.
5. Follow the prompts to set up recurring billing for your
subscription.
When you get there, click on of these two boxes to let Microsoft know what you’d like to do. Step by step instructions will follow, after the click.
